Frechic Burton-Austin is the founder and owner of C7Branding, an award winning small business company specializing in digital business identity solutions.
Understanding that non-profits, social work agencies, and government entities have often used social media purely to market their brand to their potential clients and funders, Frechic has combined social media with evidence based strategies to cultivate client engagement and keep client loyalty longer. Frechic has been featured in The Plain Dealer, WKYC, The News Herald, and various other websites and blogs for her success in utilizing social media to reach audiences from all over the world.
To further her reach, she travels across the country developing and leading outings and events that provide knowledge, support, and networking opportunities for small business owners and entrepreneurs.
Prior to launching C7Branding, Frechic operated as the Executive Director of a non-profit called From Lemons to Lemonade, a support network for single mothers throughout Northeast Ohio.
She has facilitated workshops, seminars, and conferences throughout the Greater Cleveland area reaching hundreds of single mothers and providing support, education, and needed resources.
Frechic spends most of her time managing the daily workings of being a mom to three beautiful children who keep her busier than any client.
